NEWNRG develops energy producing buildings.

How? By installing energy-generating and energy-saving devices in and around the buildings. In close cooperation with specialists (eg design) we asses per project how energy can be produced. NEWNRG works on the technical, financial, legal, planning and maintenance aspects of the energy in a plan. Then NEWNRG monitors planning, finance and organization of the process.

Partner co-investment
NEWNRG is independent of market participants and is co-investor in the project: In addition to a basis fee, the final fee of NEWNRG is determined by the success of your project.
In short: NEWNRG has an interest in the success of your project, not only from its mission and vision, but also in terms of financial return.

The starting point for all customers of NEWNRG is that monthly energy and finance costs (rent / mortgage / loan) of the client or end user during the first 15 years maximal equal the monthly costs in a base case without the energy saving devices. After 15 years, these monthly expenses are always lower than the base case.
